Note 1: As per preferred length of your trip, you can depart from Isfahan for Tehran directly (460 km) via Kashan by visiting Fin garden in Kashan and overnight stay in Tehran. You can change 9th day according to the note and omit 10th day.
Note2: Full day horse riding on 5th day (adding one day more ) so you canstay one night more in Semirom by your inquiry in advance.

Day 1: Welcome to Tehran
Epic Persia’s tour director welcomes you at Imam Khomeini International Airport.
After transfer to Tehran, you will visit Reza Abbasi museum named after a famous Painter in the Safavid era. Next, you will visit Iran National museum displaying priceless collection of objects from 7th millennium BC to the early 20th century & Qajar era. Then you will be guided to Malek National liberty and museum with a rich collection of artifacts, such as calligraphy, textile, miniature, lacquer art, coins & medals, carpet, Paintings miniature & so on. You can also see the exhibitions of art, stamps and thousands stories.
Day 2: Shiraz City Tour
Morning transfer to Airport for flight to Shiraz. On the way to Airport, you may have (optional) photo stop by Azadi Tower, one of the symbols of Tehran and a unique construction with a mix concept of Islamic and modern architecture.
Landing in Shiraz, city of poets, gardens and nightingales and cultural capital of Iran. Upon Arrival visit highlights of the city including:
UNESCO World Heritage Eram Garden, a nice sample of Persian Gardens and today the botanical museum of Shiraz.
Tomb of Hafez, the world famous Iranian poet.
Stroll in the covered Vakil Bazaar with colorful handicrafts and antique outlets
Day 3: Persepolis, Naqsh-e Rostam & Pasargadae
Excursion outside Shiraz. Photo-shoot stop at Quran Gate.
Then leaving Shiraz and first of all, arriving at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Takht-e Jamshid or as Greek historians called it, “Persepolis“. You will visit the imposing ruins of the 2500-year-old Achaemenid ceremonial capital, known once as the richest city under the sun light.
Numerous palaces, gates, stairs with reliefs, halls, the treasury used to protect the Achaemenid Empire’s legendary treasures are to be visited.
Not far from Persepolis, you will visit Naqsh-e Rostam Necropolis, the rock reliefs and some tombs of the Achaemenid emperors.
Afterwards, Departure for the UNESCO World Heritage site of Pasargadae Palace & Tomb of Cyrus the Great, the founder of the most powerful Persian Empire.
Returning to Shiraz.
Day 4: Semirom via Margoon Waterfall & Qashqai Nomads
After visiting Nasir-ol Molk (pink) Mosque, famous for its fine and colorful ceramics & windows, you will have a long journey ahead (575 km).
Departure from Shiraz to Semirom, en route you will visit Margoon waterfall, Located next to the village of Margoon Sepidan. It is mostly recommended to travel in warm season due to cold climate and to see the inverted tulips. you will see one of the most unique landscapes around the waterfall. Qashqai nomads are residents of this area.
Note 1: The time of Qashqai migration or Yeylagh => is approximately from 5 MAR to 7 OCT.
Note 2: Visiting inverted tulips in Margoon =>is too short about 10 days.
Day 5: Zardkouh Mountain & Bakhtiari Nomadic Tribe
Early morning transfer to Mal-e Khalifeh city to climb up Dozardeh or Zardkouh Bakhtiari Mountain and experience the calmness and purity of the place. The mountain range (yellow mountain of Bakhtiari) is located between two large rivers of Koohrang and Bazoft, the same area where the Bakhtiari tribe is located too. You can spend the whole day with Bakhtiari nomadic tribe.
Note 1: The Migration season is in late September
Note 2: The time of Bakhtiari migration or Yeylagh => is approximately from 15 MAR to 21 SEP.
Day 6: Zagros Mountains
Pleasure trekking in Semiron and transfer to Chelgerd. En route you will enjoy a stunning landscape in Zagros Mountains & plenty of natural tourist attractions such as forests, waterfalls, and rivers. You will visit charming International Choghakhor Lagoon in Broujen city, en route. Shaghayegh plain or anemone plain is also near Choghakhor Lagoon.
Day 7: Koohrang & Bakhtiari Nomadic Tribe
Prepare yourself for the charming places you are going to visit. Sheikh Ali Khan waterfall & Koohrang Springs. Koohrang River originates with a large stream of water from Zardukh mountain range.
Day 8: Isfahan City Tour
Morning departure for Isfahan (190 km). Upon arrival, visit to the most brilliant and world famous attraction of the city, or better to say, of the whole country, the UNESCO World Heritage Naqsh-e Jahan Square (Image of the World) which stands with its two spectacular mosques and the palace as well as the Qeysariyeh majestic Covered Bazaar.
The most glorious monument at this square is Abbasi Mosque which stands elate for more than 400 years. Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque with a unique concept among all other historical mosques in Iran; the only mosque without minaret and yard.
The other monument is Aali Qapu Palace with unique decorations. Safavid king would observe the Polo matches and other performances in the square from its wide terrace.
Then you will proceed to the picturesque historical bridges, Khajou and “Sio-Se Pol” (33-Arches Bridge) with an interesting break in a traditional teahouse under the bridge arches.
Day 9: Kashan & Maranjab Desert
Morning Departure for Kashan (260 Km). Upon arrival, transfer to your traditional hotel to enjoy its charming Iranian atmosphere as one the highlight attractions of the city.
Visit to Fin Royal garden and its famous Bathhouse and Pavilion. Then you will visit Sialk Hill, dating back to the first central civilization in Iran. Finally, the drive to Maranjab desert beside Salt lake. The climate is usually hot and dry during the day.
Day 10: Desert Tour
After having breakfast, you will start to stroll through Maranjab desert and Salt Lake and to continue with sightseeing Maranjab Caravanserai and the fort built by Shah Abbas in 1012. They are located in Aran and Bidgol desert. Finally, the drive to Tehran. At the end, we would like to have you in a friendly circle as a Farewell Dinner.
Day 11: Homebound
Morning transfer to Imam Khomeini Airport for flight back home with a full pack of memorable moments and nice pictures to share with your family and friends.
